4y$~-3A1Vj~y <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~ ~'i . <br />.~ <br />`~~~° Planning Commission <br />`~LMfO f <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />D G18 March 11, 1970 <br />Time : 8:1o PM <br />PIG C8: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />REZONING REQUEST <br />RZ-69-18, <br />Continued. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />The Planning Director stated that the <br />Commission could recommend to City Council <br />the modification of this prezoning request <br />to the RM-2500, pending development plans of <br />the property. <br />Mr. Mark Gerton was present to represent <br />the applicants. <br />There being no further testimony, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution was entered and passed, <br />recommending to City Council the modificatio <br />of said prezoning application to the RM-2500 <br />(Multiple) District, pending certification <br />of annexation to the City of Pleasanton. <br />C. W. Langeberg - application to rezone from <br />the A (Agricultural) District, to th,e C-F <br />(Commercial Freeway) District, the RM-2500 <br />(Multiple Family) District, the RM-4000 <br />(Duplex) District and the R-1-10,000 (Single <br />Family, minimum lot size 10,000 sq.ft.) <br />District, that portion of land described <br />as Parcel 5-8, Assessor's Map Book 946, <br />Block 2577, containing 52 acres, more or <br />less. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />The Planning Director described on the map <br />the area involved. It was Mr. Castro's <br />recommendation that if the Commission did <br />not wish to readjust the multiple densities <br />within the Mission Park development, then <br />his recommendation for this application <br />would be for denial. <br />Mr. C.
