No. 993 the A (Agricultural) District to an RM-1500 <br />(Multiple) District that property described <br />as Parcel 2 of Assessor's Map Book 946, <br />Block 3265, containing approximately 3.34 ac <br />or that parcel commonly known as lying <br />immediately north of the E1 Rancho Motel on <br />the west side of Santa Rita Road. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Castro explained that the staff recommen• <br />dation was for denial. <br />Mr. Dudley Frost was present and spoke in <br />favor of his request. <br />REZONING REQUEST <br />RZ-70-1, Approved, <br />Res.
