No. 1010 <br />Council review. <br />In accordance with this train of thought, <br />a resolution was entered and passed, recomm- <br />ending to City Council the following: <br />1) That the area south of Bernal Ave. to <br />Verona Rd. be established as a two-lane, <br />scenic and rural thoroughfare, with the <br />possibility of left-turn median lanes if <br />needed only, 2) that the area south of West <br />Las Positas Blvd. to Bernal Ave., be main- <br />tained under the same status, if at all <br />possible, and 3) that said precise amendment <br />not be officially adopted by City Council <br />until such time as a specific recommendation <br />has been forwarded by the Department of <br />Planning and Public Works relative to a <br />physical design for the right-of-way in <br />question. <br />Sec. 7.102 and Sec. 8.105, Zoning Ordinance <br />No. 520 - application of the Planning <br />Commission to review and re-evaluate <br />Sec. 7.105 "Permitted and Conditional Uses" <br />for the C-Commercial Districts. <br />A preliminary list of commercial uses and a <br />proposed new district known as the Light <br />Industrial was presented to the Commission <br />for review. <br />After some deliberation of this information <br />it was moved to continue this matter to <br />June 10, for further consideration. <br />Sonoma Drive, east of Sunol Boulevard - Resolution: <br />application of the Planning Commission to Seconded: <br />amend Zoning Ordinance No. 520 by reclassif Ayes: <br />ing those properties currently located on Noes: <br />the north and south sides of Sonoma Drive Absent: <br />from the I-P (Industrial Park) District to Abstain: <br />the S (Study) District; said properties <br />more precisely defined as Lots 27-38 incl., <br />Tract 2527, Assessor's Map Book 946. <br />- 4 - <br />
