4y~~s"N~°y CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~'i ; <br />.~ <br />`~~~° Planning Commission <br />.~..o <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />D Ct8 June 24, 1970 <br />Time : 8: os PM <br />f'IaCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Commissioner Pons expressed a wish to have <br />more time to consider this application. <br />There being no further testimony, or comment , <br />a resolution recommending approval of this <br />application, was entered and passed, subject <br />to certain conditions. <br />ZONING ORDINANCE Sec. 7.102 and Sec. 8.105 - Application of <br />AMENDMENT the Planning Commission to review and re- <br />Approved, Res. No. evaluate Sec. 7.102 "Permitted and Condi- <br />1016 tional Uses" for the C-Commercial District. <br />The Public Hearing was opened on this <br />matter by the Chairman. <br />The list of permitted and conditional uses <br />for Commercial Districts was reviewed and <br />there appeared to be no problems. <br />Regarding the possible creation of the Light <br />Industrial District, it was asked of the <br />City Attorney if a notice of public hearing <br />to discuss this possible new district needed <br />to be done. The reply was yes. The Plannin <br />Director then advised that he would arrange <br />to publish a notice for the formation of <br />the Light Industrial District. <br />There being no further questions or dis- <br />cussion, the Fublic Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval of the <br />revised list for the Commercial District <br />under the permitted and conditional uses, <br />was entered and passed. <br />PLANNED UNIT PUD-69-9, Morrison Homes - application to <br />DEVELOPMENT REQUEST rezone from the A (Agricultural) District to' <br />Cont. to July 22,197 the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District,l, <br />that property generally known as the Orloff <br />parcel bounded by SPRR, Kaiser Road and <br />Santa Rita Road, said property containing <br />94 net acres, more or less. <br />- 4 - <br />w <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: x <br />Ayes: x x <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />x <br />
