Mr. Rega's property is next do z <br />to the subject application. The main concer <br />was regarding congestion of cars in the area <br />and possible noise of the children playing. <br />To substantiate her remarks, she stated thatll <br />she had spoken to the manager of apartment <br />units in Livermore, which are located adjace~j <br />'to Mrs. Grossman's other school. It was her' <br />conclusion from that interview that to locate <br />this use in this residential area would be <br />'detrimental to the neighbors. It was <br />',Mrs. Rega 's further feeling that the General <br />'..Plan Review Committee should review this <br />(matter and that perhaps some other areas <br />',should be zoned to accommodate this type of <br />use. <br />jThere were several individuals in the audi <br />(who spoke in favor of this application. <br />Those were: <br />Mrs. Lloyd, in Val Vista. <br />Mr. Stan Lando, in Mission Park. Has a son <br />in the Livermore school. <br />Mrs. Hornsby, in Pleasanton Meadows. <br />Mr. Mark Gerton, realtor for the applicant. <br />Spoke of the need for this type of use. <br />Mrs. Wise, in Pleasanton Valley. <br />Mrs. Barbara Kelly, in Highland Oaks. <br />In addition, a Mrs. McKeon, who has a son <br />in the Ark Schools in Livermore, also spoke <br />in favor of the application. <br />- 2 - <br />
