None submitted. <br />REVISIONS AND Add - 7a. Ordinance interpretation of a home <br />OMISSIONS TO THE occupation at 343 Mavis Drive. <br />AGENDA. <br />CONDITIONAL USE Joyce Grossman - application for a condi- <br />PERMIT tional use permit to allow the operation of <br />UP-70-7, Approved, a preschool and kindergarten in an RM-1500 <br />Res. No. 1015. (Multiple) District, said use to be located <br />at 883 Rose Avenue, Pleasanton. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />The Planning Director advised the Commission <br />that because this is an application under a <br />conditional use permit, a time limit should <br />be placed on the use for that location. <br />Extensive testimony was given by Mrs. Grossm <br />regarding her educational background and <br />the background concerning the Ark Schools, <br />the type of care and training a child attend <br />ing her school receives, etc. <br />It was pointed out that in Phase I of the <br />development, they plan to have 27 children <br />enrolled, and at the completion of Phase II, <br />78 children. <br />A question and answer period followed. <br />Next, Mr. Leonard Grossman spoke regarding <br />the technical points of the submittal, <br />directing his main remarks to the parking <br />situation.
