He bought his house <br />on the promise that there would only be <br />single-family residential homes across the <br />street. The change to a school might advers <br />affect the value of his property. <br />Mrs. Mabel Young, 7833 Flagstone Drive, <br />stated her concern for the children's safe <br />in walking to the school, because of traff <br />and no sidewalks. <br />Mr. Rich Ontavaris, Flagstone Drive, stated <br />that if this school was permitted to build <br />one pod now, he was afraid additional pods <br />would be added later on, thereby creating <br />more traffic problems. <br />Mrs. Leone Mulich, 7465 Interlochen Avenue, <br />San Ramon, stated that the school of this <br />type in her area did not create a traffic <br />problem, in fact, traffic eas slower and <br />more careful due to the school and children, <br />and also it did not create a parking proble <br />Mrs. Eva Huey, Flagstone Drive, stated that <br />there was no commercial business in this <br />area and felt the school would be a private <br />business. <br />ply <br />- 8 - <br />
