There are
railroads crossing the future alignment,
and the City was unable to get a firm
determination from the PUC as to where thei
alignments will run; therefore, it may
become necessary for the City to cut throug
the subject property. In considering the
various alternatives, it was the staff's
final recommendation that the City may stil
approach the PUa with the alignment as note
on the General Plan, otherwise, the City
will use the alignment which iaii~:.bisect
the subject property.
However, an agreement was worked out between
the City of Pleasanton, Kaiser and Utility
Vault and Ken Best for dedication and
improvement of the necessary roadways.
Mr. John Corley was present to represent
the applicant, and concurred with all the
recommendations noted on the staff reports
from both the Planning and Public Works
Departments.
being no further discussion,
Hearing was closed.
A resolution recommending approval
to certain conditions, was entered
passed.
- 6 -
Section 2-5.21 and 2-6.13, Ordinance Code
of the City of Pleasanton - application of
Planning Commission to amend said code in
relation to household pets.
