No. 1028 <br />The Planning Director stated that his opini <br />of the site for this use has not changed. <br />Commissioner Pereira had questions about the <br />type of facility, such as the relationship <br />of the rooms to the outside patios, the rate <br />they will charge, etc. <br />Commissioner Wood had a question on the <br />number of employees and how many would be <br />on the premises at one time, as well as the <br />total number. Also, the applicant's apparen <br />commitment to the 129-bed facility. <br />Several resolutiocs were offered and then <br />withdrawn . <br />Considerable discussion followed. <br />A resolution was then offered approving <br />the rezoning subject to the approval of the <br />conditional use permit. This resolution <br />received a second and passed. <br />Under a motion, the Commissioners voted to <br />(continue the conditional use permit for <br />X30 days pending resubmittal by the applicant <br />',showing preliminary plan and relationship <br />lof the service facilities to the remainder <br />Hof the rooms, the parking, and the recreation <br />walkways, etc. Also, if no submittal is <br />received within 30 days, then both the <br />rezoning approval and the conditional use <br />permit would be declared void. <br />1 <br />Pleasanton Ready-Mix - application for site Resolution: <br />plan, landscaping and architectural approval Seconded: <br />to construct a Batch plant on a 2-acre Ayes: <br />portion of that property owned by Kaiser Noes: <br />Industries, which is zoned I-G (PUD), bounde Absent: <br />by Kaiser Road on the north, Southern Abstain: <br />Pacific Railroad on the east, Western Pacifi <br />Railroad on the south and the I-P District <br />on the west. <br />- 5 - <br />
