REFERRALS FROM PARKS The Planning Director informed the 6ommissio AND RECREATION COMM. that hopefully in September, a joint meeting could be scheduled. MATTERS INITIATED BY Chairman Garrigan made reference to the many COMMISSION MEMBERS phone calls he receives from applicants and the problems he encounters because of an applicant's insistence to "push" his own views, etc. He requested that his phone number not be given out. Other Commissioner voiced a similar problem. Chairman Garrigan further requested that the meeting nights be changed to Tuesdays in September, if at all possible.
