No. 1027 MEETING. Court Chairman Garrigan, then inquired whether the rezoning and the use of the property could be considered at one time. The answer was yes. However, Dr. Long felt the urgency of acquiring proper zoning and the timing was crucial, hence, he requested the con- sideration be given at this time for the zon ing, as the FHA requires the applicant to have control of the site in the form of proper zoning, etc. There being no further testimony, the Public Hearing was closed.
