No. 1027 <br />MEETING. <br />Court <br />Chairman Garrigan, then inquired whether <br />the rezoning and the use of the property <br />could be considered at one time. The answer <br />was yes. However, Dr. Long felt the urgency <br />of acquiring proper zoning and the timing <br />was crucial, hence, he requested the con- <br />sideration be given at this time for the zon <br />ing, as the FHA requires the applicant to <br />have control of the site in the form of <br />proper zoning, etc. <br />There being no further testimony, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />Considerable discussion followed, and the li <br />Commission was in agreement that this parcel) <br />should receive its zoning that evening. <br />A resolution recommending approval subject <br />to the parcel being annexed to the City of <br />Pleasanton, was entered and passed. <br />Julius Levine - application to rezone from <br />the RM-4000 (Multiple) District to the P <br />(Public and Institutional) District that <br />property described as Parcel 38, Block 14, <br />Book 94 of the Alameda County Assessor's <br />Office, containing 1.86 acres, more or less, <br />said property generally located on the north <br />side of Neal Street at the intersection of <br />Neal and Third Streets, Pleasanton. <br />A N D <br />CONDITIONAL USE PER <br />UP-70-13, Continued <br />for 30 days. <br />Frank V.
