4y~~sA~TOy S T O N <br />CITY of PLEA AN <br />~~ . <br />g <br />~~° Plannin Commission <br />~IIM i~ <br />I MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />D Gt8 : August 26, 1970 <br />Time : 8:1o PM <br />PIQCe: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Discussion followed on this matter, and <br />the Planning Director advised the Commission <br />of the letters the department had received <br />objecting to the proposed ordinance. <br />In reality, the feeling was that the ordi- <br />nance is necessary in the extreme case. <br />Discussion followed and the Commissioners <br />many questions concerning this proposed <br />ordinance. <br />Mr. Warren Bubine, 5442 Northway Road, <br />stated that perhaps the control should lie <br />with the curbing of the animals within the <br />property rather than in the number of per- <br />mitted animals. <br />Mr. Jack Dalamor, 4558 Lakewood Street, <br />felt that the City should define what a <br />nuisance is, rather than curb the number of <br />animals. <br />Mrs. Dobree Purdy, 4020 Roselle Court, <br />concurred, that what is really needed is a <br />definition of a general nuisance law. <br />There being no further discussion, the Publi <br />Hearing was continued to September 22, 1970. <br />REZONING REQUEST Planning Commission - application to review <br />RZ-70-15, Approved, existing commercial zoning of C-F (Commer- <br />Res.
