gy~,~,saHTOy <br />y •~ • <br />~~: o <br />0 <br />~wwso s <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Data August 26, 1970 <br />Time : 8:1o PM <br />f~lOCB: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ZONING ORDINANCE <br />AMENDMENT <br />In the Fairlands Study, the staff felt <br />that the area where the applicant initially <br />requested RM-4 zoning for mobile home park <br />be labeled Industrial. The staff still feel <br />the C-S District is desirable use of the lan <br />because it will front on West Las Positas <br />and be opening to Interstate ~~580. Mr. Cast <br />felt that the modification suggested by the <br />staff is in general conformance with the <br />General Plan as approved. It was his furthe <br />suggestion that the Commission make a findin <br />that the proposed revised land use is in <br />conformance with the General Plan. The den- <br />sities, too, will not present a problem. <br />Mrs. Vesta Fish, requested clarification of <br />the alignment of the Tassajara Canal and a <br />loop street when the development plans for <br />the industrial area comes in. This alignmen <br />will be noted and the appropriate dedication <br />taken. It was decided in the Fairlands Stud <br />that the easement will be straddled on the <br />two adjoining properties. Mrs. Fish disagre <br />with this method, as did Mr. Fairfield. <br />There being no further discussion, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />The Commissioners were in general agreement <br />with the revised preliminary plan. <br />A resolution recommending approval subject t <br />the entire property being placed in the PUD, <br />with the final zoning to be set as 23.8 ac. <br />in RM-25, 22.6 ac. in C-S and 41.4 ac, in <br />I-P, this to also include the preliminary <br />tract map ~~3232, and with the additional <br />finding that the proposed land use modifi- <br />cations will be in conformance with the <br />General Plan, was entered and passed. <br />Section 2-5.21 and Section 2-6.31 of Ordinanc <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton to amend <br />Subsections h and g relating to Household <br />Pets. <br />- 5 <br />
