Data August 26, 1970 Time : 8:1o PM f~lOCB: Pleasanton Justice Court ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT In the Fairlands Study, the staff felt that the area where the applicant initially requested RM-4 zoning for mobile home park be labeled Industrial. The staff still feel the C-S District is desirable use of the lan because it will front on West Las Positas and be opening to Interstate ~~580. Mr. Cast felt that the modification suggested by the staff is in general conformance with the General Plan as approved. It was his furthe suggestion that the Commission make a findin that the proposed revised land use is in conformance with the General Plan. The den- sities, too, will not present a problem. Mrs. Vesta Fish, requested clarification of the alignment of the Tassajara Canal and a loop street when the development plans for the industrial area comes in. This alignmen will be noted and the appropriate dedication taken. It was decided in the Fairlands Stud that the easement will be straddled on the two adjoining properties. Mrs. Fish disagre with this method, as did Mr. Fairfield. There being no further discussion, the Public Hearing was closed. The Commissioners were in general agreement with the revised preliminary plan. A resolution recommending approval subject t the entire property being placed in the PUD, with the final zoning to be set as 23.8 ac. in RM-25, 22.6 ac. in C-S and 41.4 ac, in I-P, this to also include the preliminary tract map ~~3232, and with the additional finding that the proposed land use modifi- cations will be in conformance with the General Plan, was entered and passed. Section 2-5.21 and Section 2-6.31 of Ordinanc Code of the City of Pleasanton to amend Subsections h and g relating to Household Pets. - 5
