They <br />are presently attempting a selling price fr <br />$16,500-$22,000. Financing will be under <br />FHA, Section 203, under a Single Family <br />and Homeowners Association. 25% will be <br />open to FHA Section 235. These buyers will <br />be scattered throughout the development. <br />This type of development is the only kind <br />where there will be a mixture of the social, <br />financial and ethnic groups. <br />Each Garden Home owner must belong to the <br />Homeowners Association. This will require <br />a monthly assessed payment fee of about <br />$15, and covers exterior maintenance on <br />all structures and landscaping in the commo <br />areas. This fee will also include maintena <br />insurance for the common areas, as well as <br />maintenance of the master TV system and <br />utilities in the common areas. <br />There will be several of Besco's represen- <br />tatives on the homeowners associa- <br />tion to aid the homeowners get the associa- <br />tion on its feet at its inception. <br />The multiple area will take up 23.8 acres. <br />They are proposing 266 units. The General <br />Plan will allow 414 units. The zoning they <br />are applying for would accommodate 448, <br />the density is 11.2 per gross acre. The <br />garden home dwellings will take up 18% of <br />the site, the open space will occupy 33% <br />of the site and there will be 743 parking <br />spaces total. <br />;e <br />- 3 - <br />
