~~$~SAH~°y C TY of PLEASANTON <br />I <br />~~; <br />.~ <br />`~~*° Planning Commission <br />~4Mi0 Z <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Dote : September 22, 1970 <br />Time : s:so Pm <br />PIG C8; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />The Director of Public Works advised the <br />Commission that his staff is preparing an <br />overall sewer study for the City Council. <br />It was felt by the City staff that until <br />suchztime as the study has been completed, <br />that no additional development should be <br />added on from the eastern sector of the <br />city. <br />Mr. Campbell felt that a delay of four <br />weeks would be sufficient, and would allow <br />time for him to confer with the City Attor- <br />ney regarding the annexation proceedings <br />now underway. <br />It should be noted that this overall sewer <br />study was requested by the City Council. <br />Mr. Jim Stacy was present and stated that he <br />was not aware of this situation. <br />Mr. Campbell advised that the results of the <br />study may have a strong bearing on this <br />development. <br />Discussion followed regarding the figures <br />Mr. Stacy submitted for the Livermore mobile <br />home studies, which was based on 25 acres. <br />Commissioner Hirst requested that this <br />report be given to the City Finance Director <br />for his review and recommendation. <br />This application was continued for four <br />weeks to the meeting of October 27, 1970. <br />ORDINANCE CODE Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton - <br />AMENDMENT application of the Planning Commission to <br />Cont. to 10-13-70. amend Sec. 2-5.21 and 2-6.24, Sections 'h' <br />and 'g' relating to Household Pets. <br />A continuance was requested as a draft <br />amendment was not submitted to the Commiss <br />on time for them to study it. <br />- 3 - <br />
