Said property generally located on <br />the northeast corner of the intersection of <br />Mohr Avenue and Martin Avenue. <br />The applicant requested an indefinite cons <br />inuance on this matter. However, in <br />discussing this application, it was the <br />Commission's feeling to continue it for at <br />least three months but no longer than six <br />months, when it will again be reviewed and <br />reevaluated by the Commission. <br />Pacific Western Mobile Estates, Inc., - <br />application to prezone and fora conditional <br />use permit to operate a mobile home park <br />at property described as Parcels 12, 13, <br />14-2 and 14-3, Block 1250, Book 946 of Ala. <br />County Assessor's Office; said property <br />generally located on the north side of <br />Vineyard Avenue adjacent to the present City <br />limits, containing 24.5 ac., more or less, <br />said zoning to be in the RM-4 District. <br />- 2 - <br />
