4y$~SA1yToy T 0 <br />CITY of PLEASAN N <br />~~ ~'i. <br />`~~~~` Planning Commission <br />~xwso t <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DGtB September 22, 1970 <br />Time : s:3o PM <br />PIaCe: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Hirst, Pereira, Pons, <br />Wood. <br />Commissioners Absent: Chairman Garrigan. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES ~ No minutes were submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY Mr. Victor Bailey, 4565 Black Avenue, <br />MEMBER OF THE AUDI- presented the Commissioners with a brochure <br />ENCE TO ADDRESS THE demonstrating a new type of modular housing <br />PLANNING COMMISSION to be manufactured in Oakland in the near <br />future for about $10,000. Mr. Bailey felt <br />that perhaps this might be what the City <br />is looking for to lower housing costs. <br />Mr. Bailey was thanked by the Commissioners <br />for his interest in bringing this matter <br />to the attention of the Commission. <br />REVISIONS AND 5b and 5c <br />OMISSIONS TO THE UP-70-13, <br />AGENDA continued <br />submittal <br />5d - RZ-6 <br />applicant <br />- RZ-70-12, Julius Levine and <br />Frank Kreske and Robert Myers - <br />to October 13, 1970, pending re- <br />of revised plans. <br />9-26, Kaiser Sand & Gravel - <br />has requested continuance. <br />5e and 5f - RZ-70-14 and UP-70-17, Pacific <br />Western Mobile Estates - Continued to <br />October 27, 1970. <br />CONDITIONAL USE McDonnell & Associates - reinstatement of <br />PERMIT conditional use permit and zoning permit <br />UP-70-14, Res. 1038 to operate a mobile home park on that <br />Z-70-67,Res.R-70-37 property described as Parcel 14-4 of Alameda <br />County Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 1250, <br />containing 21 acres, more or less, said <br />mobile home park to contain approximately <br />159 spaces and commonly known as 3153 <br />Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton. <br />Resolution: x <br />Seconded: x <br />Ayes: xxxx <br />Noes: <br />Absent: x <br />Abstain: <br />- 1 - <br />
