Planning Commission <br />~wrao ~ <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DGte : October 13, 1970 <br />Time : 8: to PM <br />PIG CB; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ORDINANCE CODE <br />AMENDMENT <br />Cont. to Oct. 27 <br />MATTERS FOR INFOR- <br />MATION OF COMMISSIO <br />MATTERS INITIATED <br />BY COMMISSION <br />MEMBERS <br />A resolution recommending approval <br />of the conditional use permit sub- <br />ject to the exterior gross dimension <br />of the building remaining unchanged <br />while increasing the interior of the <br />facility by reducing the number of <br />beds to 100, was entered and passed. <br />Sec. 2-5.21, Ordinance Code of the <br />City of Pleasanton - application of <br />the Planning Commission to amend <br />Sec. 2-5.21 of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton by the <br />addition thereto of Subsection 'g' <br />and 'h' relating to Household Pets. <br />A continuance was requested on this <br />item due to the absence of the <br />City Attorney. <br />An informational bulletin from the <br />State was submitted to the Com- <br />mission, which in essence stated <br />that no freeway-oriented sign may <br />be closer than 660 ft. and exhibit <br />blinking lights or moving parts. <br />This, however, only applied to <br />Federally aided routes. <br />Consideration of possible revocation <br />of conditional use permit given <br />to Mobil Oil Station at 5311 <br />Hopyard Road. <br />Mr. Ralph Childers, lessee of the <br />station was present, as was a <br />Mr. Tom Tate, sales personnel with <br />Mobil Oil. <br />Mr. Childers stated that he had <br />spoken to Mr. Castro and told him <br />that he felt he should not have <br />dealt with so harshly as there <br />were numerous other businesses in <br />- 5 - <br /> <br />
