Mr. Myers wondered if <br />could have the option to not put in <br />parking strips for the spaces. <br />Commissioner Pereira still had reser- <br />vations about this location for this <br />use. He notes that the resubmittal <br />once again seems to indicate that the <br />person living in the long-term faci- <br />lity, would be deprived because of <br />the smaller room size. He would <br />personally prefer a reduction in the <br />number of parking spaces and keep the <br />>ame room size. <br />Commissioner Hirst indicated that he <br />felt in preference to the present <br />multiple zoning, he would prefer this <br />type of facility. He further stated <br />that it has been established that the <br />use would be a proper one for the <br />site in question. Feels the appli- <br />cant has done just about everything <br />he could possibly do to meet the <br />desires of the Planning Commission. <br />Indicated that the four parking <br />spaces to the rear of the complex <br />plus the three outside spaces should <br />be removed . <br />- 3 - <br />
