Mr. Castro re- <br />plied that this was possible to impos <br />on the conditional use permit. <br />Commissioner Hirst further discussed <br />the number of mobile home units (in- <br />cl;~ding this one) approved on Vineyar <br />Avenue. This totals 568. <br />Chairman Carrigan furnished backgroun <br />regarding the other two parks previou ly <br />approved, and the problems the City <br />encountered with those applications. <br />He also talked about the narrowness <br />of Vineyard Avenue. <br />Commissioner Pons referred to the <br />density committee's studies and <br />further felt that the question of <br />the sewer would be a good thing to <br />study simultaneously. <br />Commissioner Pereira spoke of the <br />tax base and that t'i~e State is in <br />the process of revising their tax <br />laws on mobile home parks to not <br />tax them as motor vehicles, but <br />that the tax structure will be raised <br />to be more compatible with other type <br />of living units. In addition, the <br />building code standards have been <br />revised. Discussion followed. <br />- 4 - <br />
