4y~~,sANToy , <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~ '~/ . ~ <br />yo <br />'~ ~~° Planning Commission <br />~rrao s <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Dafie : October 27, 1970 <br />Time : 8:1o PM <br />PIQCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />A resolution recommending the pre- <br />zoning from the County A to the <br />RM-4 District, was entered and pass <br />for the property in question. <br />PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />PUD-70- Continue <br />to February <br />A resolution recommending approval <br />of the conditional use permit subje <br />to certain conditions was entered <br />and passed. <br />The Tecton Company - application to <br />rezone from the A (Agricultura.I) <br />District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) District, that property <br />described as Parcel 5-13, Block 2577, <br />of Book 946 of the Alameda County <br />Assessor's Office, containing 48 acre , <br />more or less; said property generally <br />located on the east side of Sunol <br />Boulevard and north of the Mission <br />Park development. Said PUD is to <br />contain 330-multiple units. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Ray Feichtmeir was present to <br />represent the applicant. He gave <br />some brief background on the work <br />his organization engages in. <br />Mr. Feichtmeir felt that the issues <br />involved are cluster, planning, mul- <br />tiple project and the density. <br />There will be a minimum amount of <br />grading. In total there will be <br />48 buildings, covering 12~ of the <br />site. They plan 42 one-story and <br />7 two-story buildings.
