Said PUD is to <br />contain 330-multiple units. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Ray Feichtmeir was present to <br />represent the applicant. He gave <br />some brief background on the work <br />his organization engages in. <br />Mr. Feichtmeir felt that the issues <br />involved are cluster, planning, mul- <br />tiple project and the density. <br />There will be a minimum amount of <br />grading. In total there will be <br />48 buildings, covering 12~ of the <br />site. They plan 42 one-story and <br />7 two-story buildings.
