She <br />wished to know whether it was true <br />that Stacy's organization only built <br />the parks then sold them to someone <br />else. Mr. Stacy replied that it is <br />their intention to always run the <br />parks they build, but that sometimes <br />economics may prevail to change that <br />line of endeavor. <br />Commissioner Pons expressed a desire <br />to wait until the final report on <br />the sewer situation is released befo <br />-3- <br />
