Also those properties fronting <br />on the west side of Santa Rita Road north <br />of the Arroyo Mocho Canal. Said General <br />Plan review is to reevaluate the existing <br />zoning that is now applicable to those <br />properties within the City Limits, as well <br />as to reevaluate the land use recommendati <br />offered by the General Plan. <br />This matter was continued to the second <br />meeting in November. <br />ZONING PERMITS Howard Neely - application for six-months' Resolution: <br />Z=70-114, Approved, temporary use of an existing sign used at Seconded: <br />Res. 1044 (sign) previous place of business on Main Street; Ayes: <br /> new location to be at 4301 Valley Avenue; Noes: <br />Z-70-115, Approved, also, six months' interim use of facilities Absent: <br />Res. 1045 (use of at 4301 Valley Avenue to sell stock remain- Abstain: <br />premises) ing from previous shop on Main Street. <br />This matter was discussed and no problems <br />were foreseen for the duration of time the <br />permit was requested for. <br />Mr. Howard Neely was present to answer <br />questions. <br />A resolution granting approval for the <br />temporary use of existing sign from previous <br />place of business on Main Street, together <br />with six months' interim use of facilities <br />at 4301 Valley Avenue to liquidate existing <br />stock remaining from previous place of <br />business, was granted to Mr. Neely. <br />x <br />X ~ X ~ X ~X ~X <br />- 8 - <br />
