No. 69-8, said amendment is to consider the <br />variation in the approved preliminary site <br />plan for the townhouse complex under the <br />RM-2500 District. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />GENERAL PLAN <br />AMENDMENT <br />GP-70-5, continued <br />to Nov. 24, 1970 <br />Acting Secretary Aiello notified the <br />Commission that the applicant would not be <br />present and a continuance would be requeste <br />However, no formal notification has been <br />received for a continuance by the Planning <br />Department. <br />The Commission then decided to continue <br />this matter to November 24, 1970. <br />Vintage Hills Study - application of the <br />Planning Commission to review and/or amend <br />the General Plan for that area generally <br />encompassing the following two areas: <br />1 - The Vintage Hills Shopping Center site <br />fronting Pico Avenue, containing 14.4 ac., <br />more or less, described as Lot 26, Tract <br />2802. 2 - The Commercial Freeway District <br />fronting Vineyard Avenue, containing 5 ac., <br />more or less, described as Lots 563 and 564. <br />Tract 2980. Said General Plan review is to <br />reevaluate the existing zoning that is now <br />applicable to those properties within the <br />City Limits, as well as to reevaluate the <br />land use recommendations offered by the <br />General Plan. <br />A continuance was requested to the second <br />meeting in November. <br />d <br />- 7 - <br />
