According to the terms of his <br />permit, he was to use the premises only to <br />liquidate existing stock remaining from his <br />Main Street office. <br />Mr. Aiello wanted permission from the <br />Commission to clarify Mr. Neely's situation <br />with him by letter and also inform him that <br />he is not permitted to add to his existing <br />stock. <br />The Commission concurred with this approach <br />and instructed the staff to reschedule this <br />matter for disposition on December 8, 1970. <br />COMMUNICATIONS Request for Time Extension for Tentative <br />Tract Map ~~3161 - Diller-Granada. <br />A letter dated November 2, 1970, was receive <br />from a Mr. Richard S. Gunther of Beverly <br />Hills, California, requesting a time extensi <br />for one year from the date of expira tion on <br />November 5, 1970. <br />At the meeting, the Commissioners expressed <br />a desire to have the applicant show proof of <br />interest and ownership in said property. <br />This item was put over until January 12, 197. <br />TENTATIVE SUB- Tentative Tract Map ~~3266 - Norton Way <br />DIVISION MAPS (Condominium) - MacKay & Somps, representin <br />Approved, Res.
