q~~~sANTOy CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~ '~~ • <br />.~ <br />`~*° Planning Commission <br />~1.MfD T <br />I MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Dote : November 24, 1970 <br />Time : 8:20 PM <br />Place; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />MATTERS FOR INFOR- Discussion was held regarding the meeting <br />NATION OF COMMISSION dates for the month of December. <br />The Commission decided to hold the first <br />meeting in December, but cancel the second <br />one, as it would be too close to Christmas, <br />which is a generally busy time for everyone. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY The Commission requested when the zoning <br />COMMISSION MEMBERS map books would be ready for distribution. <br />The staff advised that normally they are <br />reviewed at the last meeting of the year. <br />This matter was then scheduled for <br />December 8, 1970. <br />There was discussion on the model homes <br />erected by Standard Pacific Corporation on <br />Hopyard Road, north of the Arroyo del Prado <br />development. These homes have not been <br />completed and have been a matter of concern <br />to the Commission for some time. <br />The City Attorney advised that the Building <br />and Fire Departments are submitting reports <br />to make it possible to initiate abatement <br />proceedings on the basis that they are beco <br />ing a health hazard. It was the City <br />Attorney`s hope that he would be able to <br />take this matter before the City Council on <br />December 7, 1970. <br />Commissioner Pereira inquired whether there <br />were any developments on the park dedicatio <br />ordinance. The answer was negative. <br />The City Attorney informed that perhaps <br />this matter could be taken care of in Januar <br />He promised to send copies of his briefs <br />for the Commission's perusal. <br />~~ <br />- 8 - <br />
