No. 1052, approval for PUD-69-7, a patio house Ayes: <br />development to be located on the southerly Noes: <br />side of Hopyard Road east of Tract 3048, Absent: <br />containing 16 acres, more or less. Abstain: <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Commissioner Hirst had a question regarding <br />a report which was submitted in June <br />on private streets. Mr. Hirst wished to <br />know if Mr. Campbell, Director of Public <br />Works, was satisfied with the streetscape, <br />etc., and received an answer in the affir- <br />mative. <br />Mr. Ted Fairfield, engineer for this <br />proposal, spoke in favor of this applicatio . <br />At this point, slides were shown by the <br />applicant, depicting the prototype of what <br />is be.i_ng proposed here in Pleasantoc~, <br />In addition, renderings of the actual <br />Pleasanton project was demonstrated. <br />Discussion followed on the possibility of <br />a field trip for the Commissioners to view <br />the Santa Clara model home complex and the <br />staff was directed to make the necessary <br />arrangements with MacKay & Somps. <br />Mr. Fairfield requested several changes in <br />the conditions of approval, which were <br />granted to him. <br />There being no further discussion, the <br />Public Hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Hirst suggested postponing <br />action on this matter until after the field <br />trip. Discussion followed. <br />A resolution recommending approval of the <br />final development plans for PUD-69-7, <br />was entered and passed. <br />
