CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />~ Gt8 ; December 8, 1970 <br />Time : 9:00 PM <br />PIG C8: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />TENTA TIVE SUBDIVISIO Tentative Tract Map ~~3269 - Stone ridge, <br />MAPS Unit ~~4. <br />Approved, Res. 1055. <br />There were no problems involved, and a <br />resolution recommending approval subject to <br />conditions inw lved, was entered and passed <br />TENTATIVE SUBDIVI- Tentative Tract Map y~2573 - Mission Park, <br />SIGN MAPS Unit ~~5 (resubmittal). <br />Approved, Res. 1056, <br />No problems were involved, and a resolution <br />recommending approval was entered and <br />passed. <br />MATTERS FOR MS-70-14, The Stanwell Company - This item <br />INFORMATION OF was submitted to the Commission merely for <br />COMMISSION their information. <br />Progress report regarding request by Mackay <br />Homes for additional model home at the site <br />of their present model home complex, at <br />Tract 3023. <br />Acting Secretary Aiello explained the situa <br />Lion on this matter. He indicated that on <br />Tuesday, December 1, 1970, a representative <br />from the Planning Department, in comps ny <br />with a representative from the Mackay sales <br />force, visited the homes directly across <br />the street from the model homes. <br />No one was home and it was decided to noti <br />the people by letter, which was done on <br />December 3, 1970. No response was received <br />from any of the homeowners. <br />However, several homeowners in the Mackay <br />development were in the audience.
