4y~,~,s~H~oy <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />.~, <br />.~ <br />`~~° Planning Commission <br />~ ~ ao s <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DCte January 12, 1971 <br />Time : 8:25 PM <br />PIGCB; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Tent.Tr. 43161, <br />Approved, Res. 1059 <br />REFERRAL FROM <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY <br />Request for time extension for one year for <br />Tentative Tract ~~3161, Diller-Granada. - <br />There was some question regarding the matter <br />of park dedication for this tract, and it <br />was clarified that on the final map approval <br />the park dedication requirements become a <br />condition for approval. <br />There being no further comments, a resolutio <br />recommending approval subject to the con- <br />ditions previously attached, was entered <br />and passed. <br />Referral from Alameda County regarding two <br />proposed sanitary fill operations to be <br />located off Vineyard Avenue and the other of <br />Croak Road, lying north of Interstate #580. <br />Present to speak for the site proposed off <br />Vineyard Avenue, was Mr. Richard Yackley, <br />who gave a comprehensive explanation, with <br />the aid of maps, of what the operation will <br />e nta i 1. <br />Their proposal is to cut the bank back and <br />realign the creek an:d after a storm drain <br />pipe is installed., they will run a feeder <br />line on their property and then continue <br />with their fill operation. The same thing <br />will occur on the rear of the site. <br />At the completion of these fills, some <br />cover crop will be planted to keep down <br />erosion. <br />The visibility from the road will be obscur <br />as after the first 50 ft. of cover, they <br />plan to start their cover landscaping and <br />the operation will not be visible from <br />Vineyard Avenue. <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />- 7 - <br />
