4V$~3A1V joy <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~'o <br />.:.:o.~ Planning Commission <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING, <br />DC18 : January 12, 1971 <br />Time : g;25 PM <br />F~GCB; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Mr. Dickinson on Gatetree Circle, had a <br />question about the .8 ac. reserved as a <br />recreational easement. It was explained <br />that the :8 ac, would be dedicated to the <br />City for the Del Valle Parkway. <br />A Mr. David Griffith wished to know how <br />many units could the developer place in <br />the 2.9 ac. reserved for the RM District. <br />The reply was a maximum of 63 units, but <br />that usually only 80% of the site can be <br />developed. <br />There being no further questions, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval, was <br />entered and passed. <br />MATTERS FOR Norma Hellinga - request of Mrs. Hellinga Resolution: <br />COMMISSION'S REVIEW for renewal of her home occupation condi- Seconded: <br />Approved, UP-68-5, tional use permit for a day care center at Ayes: <br />Res. No. 1058 her home at 7637 Driftwood Way. Noes: <br />Absent: <br />The staff had nothing to add other than Abstain: <br />the staff report. <br />Mrs. Hellinga, the applicant, was present <br />to answer questions. <br />Mrs. Hellinga 's request for an 18-month <br />period to expire July 14, 1972, was noted <br />by the staff. This is necessary to coincide <br />with the expiration of the yearly business <br />license registration date. <br />There being no further problems, a resoluti <br />recommending approval subject to the stand- <br />ards defined in Article 19 of Zoning Ord. <br />No. 520 and fora period of 18 months to <br />expire July 14, 1972, was entered and <br />passed. <br />XIXIXIX <br />X <br />- 6 - <br />
