No. 1057 <br />Mr. Robert McLeod, owner of property <br />across on the west side of Foothill Road, <br />stated that he had an interest in this <br />particular situation and wished to be <br />present at the public hearing. He could not <br />be present on February 9, the date the <br />Commission wished to hear it again, and the <br />staff was instructed to arrange a hearing <br />date that would be convenient to both <br />Mr. Roessler and Mr. McLeod. <br />This item was then continued. <br />Russell G. Jones - application to rezone Resolution: <br />from the A (Agricultural) District to the Seconded: <br />P (Public and Institutional) District, and Ayes: <br />the RM-2000 (Multiple Family) District, that Noes: <br />property described as Parcels (1-3) and (2-2 Absent: <br />Block 3370 of Book 946 of the Alameda County Abstain: <br />Assessor's Office, containing 9.7 acres, <br />more or less. Said property generally loca- <br />ted north of the Arroyo del Valle and adjace t <br />to the west boundary line of the Amador <br />Valley High School site on Santa Rita Road. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Aiello had no further comments to offer <br />other than those noted in the staff report. <br />Mr. Don Dahlheim, agent for this application <br />was present and spoke in favor of the <br />application. <br />Mr. Curtis Sharpe, property owner along <br />Gatetree Circle, had a question regarding <br />design plans for the proposed multiple. It <br />was explained to him that the proposal now <br />before the Commission is only for rezoning of <br />the land. Design stages will come later. <br />- 5 - <br />
