Elliott sub- <br /> division which has already been finaled and <br /> is presently under construction. <br />Some discussion followed on approving a <br />tentative map when an area is under study <br />as that area part of the Vintage Hills <br />shopping center study. Explanation follo <br />Mr. Ted Fairfield was present and requested <br />the time extension per previous Resolution <br />No. 982. <br />The general consensus of opinion was that <br />there would be no problems in the extension <br />of this tentative map. <br />In accordance with this conclusion, a reso- <br />lution recommending the one-year time exten <br />sion for Tentative Tract #2980, Vintage <br />Hills, subject to the conditions noted unde <br />Resolution No. 982, was entered and passed. <br />MATTERS FOR Review of Park Dedication requirements for <br />INFORMATION OF Tentative Tract #3232 (John MacGowan) - <br />COMMISSION Besco Builders, Inc. <br />Denied, Res. 1062 <br />This matter was discussed at considerable <br />length by Mr. Gary Patton, Director of <br />Parks and Recreation, in which he gave his <br />reasons why he felt Besco should be denied <br />their credit for park requirements. <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />x <br />x <br />x <br />X <br />- 2 - <br />
