Absent: x <br />Abstain: <br />The Planning staff had nothing further to <br />add other than the material submitted to <br />the Commission for their review. <br />Some discussion followed on the possibility <br />of realigning her permit for this one time, <br />in order that it can expire together with <br />the business license renewal date. <br />A resolution recommending approval of <br />Mrs. Gross's request, subject to certain <br />conditions, was entered and passed. <br />At this point in the proceedings, Mrs. Gross <br />arrived, and was informed of the outcome of <br />her request. <br />XIXIXIX <br />- 1 - <br />
