He requested that
his client be given a two-week extension of
his conditional use permit, due to the fact
that the rezoning procedures for this addi-
tional parcel will cause a delay in their
construction timing, should they receive
approval for the extension of their con-
ditional use permit, following the rezoning.,
A rendering showing the new location of the
convalescent hospital was exhibited. The
applicant, should he receive his additional
rezoning, will utilize the parcel for the
expansion of the convalescent hospital by
29 beds. This new proposal will compute
out to 26% of the overall site coverage.
Mr. Dale Heikkenen, 346 Del Sol, lives about
100 ft. east of the property in question. H
opposed the application.
Mr. Paul Zarconi, 318 Del Sol, wished clari-
fication on the current zoning of the parcel
which is RM-4000. He wanted to know what
would happen to Del Sol and how the connec-
tion would be to Neal Street and Second
Street. The Public Works Director had no
definite street circulation plans at this
time.
The Public Hearing was then closed.
- 4 -
