Noes: <br />Proposed complex generally located on the Absent: x <br />west side of Santa Rita Road north of the Abstain: <br />Arroyo Mocho Cana 1. <br />These two items were reviewed at the same <br />time. <br />Chairman Carrigan opened the Public Hearing. <br />Present at the hearing was Mr. Jim Belda, <br />representing Besco Builders. The only reque t <br />he had was that the Commission allow a <br />smaller size that the requested 15-gal. tree <br />cans noted in the staff report. Acting <br />Secretary Aiello stated that the reason the <br />staff requested all trees in the 15-gal. <br />size was because nowhere on the plans did <br />the architect indicate any specimen trees. <br />However, the staff was agreeable to con- <br />sidering a smaller size can if a specific <br />plan showing specimen trees could be worked <br />out with the staff. <br />A resolution recommending approval of the <br />final development plans for Besco, was <br />entered and passed, subject to conditions <br />of approval. <br />Regarding the conditional use permit for <br />the model home complex, a resolution was <br />entered and passed, approving the permit, <br />again subject to conditions of approval. <br />- 3 - <br />
