Kreske and Robert J. Myers - appli- <br />PERMIT cation for an amendment to their existing <br />UP-71-3, Approved, conditional use permit to expand the opera- <br />Res. 1070. ti.on of a convalescent and long-term facilit <br />by 29 beds and with the addition of a 1.63 a <br />parcel; said facility to be loca ted on <br />property described as Assessor's Map 94, <br />Block 14, Parcel 38 and a portion of Assess- <br />or's Map 94, Block 19, Parcel 25, generally <br />located on the north side of Neal Street, <br />at the intersection of Neal and Third Street <br />parcels containing 3.44 ac., more or less. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />Mr. John Corley, spoke for the applicant, <br />and concurred with the staff report. <br />A Mr. Dale Heikkenen, 346 Del Sol, spoke in <br />opposition of the application. He read a <br />report substantiating his position. He also <br />commented on problems he encountered with <br />staff in obtaining same information but <br />admitted that perhaps it could partly be <br />attributed to misunderstanding on his and <br />the staff's part. <br />Considerable discussion followed on the <br />circulation of Del Sol Avenue. <br />In addition, a Mr. Zarconi, no address given <br />concurred with the position taken by <br />Mr. Heikkenen. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />XIXIXIX <br />- 13 - <br />
