MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. ~OtB February 23, 1971 Time : s:oo PM fIG C8; Pleasanton Justice Court Commissioner Wood asked Mr. Corley if the applicant would be willing to have this extension of the conditional use permit approved, but with the stipulation that the remaining RM-4 parcel not included in the permit be zoned to the single family distric Mr. Corley indicated that he would not be in a position to make such a commitment unti he consulted with the applicant, which wobld not be until the following week. Chairman Carrigan offered that this applica- tion could be approved with the recommenda- tion that a firm development plan for the RM-4 parcel could be submitted. Mr. Corley advised that the applicant will submit a plan as requested, regarding the circulation of Del Sol at the time of the minor sub- division submittal. After some further discussion, a resolution recommending the extension of the existing conditional use permit for the expansion of 29 beds to the already approved 100 beds with the addition of 1.63 ac.; that a street circulation plan be submitted for Del Sol Avenue to the staff and approved by the Commission; that a firm proposal for the property at the end of Del Sol Avenue be submitted to Commission for the use of the remaining RM-4 parcel, and that the permit will expire on October 27, 1970, was entered MATTERS FOR INFOR- Acting Secretary Aiello inquired as to who NATION OF COMMISSION would be attending the planning conference to be held at the Jack Tar Hotel in S.F. March 11 and 12. Commissioners Hirst, Pons and Wood indicated they would be going. The new zoning map books were also handed out that evening to the Commissioners. - 14 -
