4y$~-3A1y~~y CITY of PLEASANTOIV <br />~ ~'i . <br />,o <br />`~~° Planning Commission <br />~rrao s <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DGte : February 23, 1971 <br />Time : s:oo PM <br />PIQCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />It was then decided to continue this item <br />until March 9, in order to allow the <br />applicant to submit a preliminary plan for <br />the entire 48 ac. development of the hill. <br />PLANNED UNIT Stoneson Development Corporation - applica- <br />DEVELOPMENT tion for final development plan approval for <br />PUD-69-5, Approved, PUD-69-5, a townhouse development. Property <br />Res. 1069 described as Tract X3150, containing 30 ac., <br />more or less; said property generally <br />located south of Stoneridge Driue and east <br />of Springdale Avenue. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Ted Fairfield, the applicant's engineer, <br />spoke stating that there were no questions <br />about the staff reports except the Public <br />Works Department Condition #1 relating to <br />water service. Mr. Fairfield advised that <br />negotiations had begun on settlement of this <br />matter and he requested that the condition <br />be deleted from the conditions of approval. <br />The Director of Public Works requested that <br />the minutes show that the applicant's <br />engineer is working with the City on soly- <br />ing the water problems; that the magnitude <br />of the situation requires that further dis- <br />cussion, although already begun, continue <br />until the resolvement of this matter. <br />Some discussion followed on the completion <br />of the boat and recreation area building, <br />tennis court, etc. Also the prices of the <br />homes was discussed. <br />The City Attorney also advised the Commiss <br />that the Codes and Covenants for this <br />development, are in the process of being <br />resolved with the applicant's attorney. <br />There being no further discussion, the <br />Public Hearing was closed. <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />XIXIXIXIX <br />- 12 - <br />
