qti~ ti <br />As"N~° CITY o~ PLEASANTON <br />w .o <br />Planning Commission <br />~MMiO e <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />~atg April 13, 1971 <br />Time : 8:0o PM <br />PIaCe: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />The Commission then passed a resolution <br />to support the City staff in their efforts <br />to motivate the Pacific Telephone Company to <br />underground their telephone facilities in <br />the downtown area and eliminate unsightly <br />telephone booths presently being utilized. <br />TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION <br />MAPS <br />Approved, Res. 1081. <br />TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION <br />MAPS <br />Approved, Res. 1082. <br />Tentative Tract ~~3102 - Oakhill (resubmittal <br />- There were no problems with this request. <br />Some discussion followed on certain aspects <br />of the staff report. <br />A resolution was then passed, approving this <br />tentative tract map for one year, subject to <br />conditions specified. <br />Tentative Tract ~k3254 - Pleasanton Valley - <br />The only question raised was on Condition <br />No. 14 of the report of the Director of <br />Public Works. regarding the lots backing up <br />to the 105-acre park site having a minimum <br />depth of 120 ft. Discussion followed on thi <br />and it was decided to retain this condition. <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />x <br />x <br />x x x <br />REFERRALS FROM CITY <br />COUNCIL <br />A resolution was then entered and passed <br />approving this tentative map with all the <br />conditions listed. <br />RZ-70-17, Foothill Road Study - referral of <br />the City Council wherein they request that <br />the Commission consider the modification of <br />the multiple site of the Foothill Road re- <br />zoning to the RM-4000 District rather than <br />the RM-2500 District as recommended by the <br />Commission. <br />In accordance with the request from Council, <br />the Commission again considered the possi- <br />bility of RM-4 zoning for the multiple site. <br />However, it was their feeling that the desig <br />criteria could best be served in the RM-25 <br />district, which they originally recommended <br />to Council, and which was reaffirmed. <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />,Abstain: <br />Motion: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />XIXIXIX <br />x <br />x x x <br />- 4 - <br />
