Some discussion followed on certain aspects of the staff report. A resolution was then passed, approving this tentative tract map for one year, subject to conditions specified. Tentative Tract ~k3254 - Pleasanton Valley - The only question raised was on Condition No. 14 of the report of the Director of Public Works. regarding the lots backing up to the 105-acre park site having a minimum depth of 120 ft. Discussion followed on thi and it was decided to retain this condition. Resolution: Seconded: Ayes: Noes: Absent: Abstain: x x x x x REFERRALS FROM CITY COUNCIL A resolution was then entered and passed approving this tentative map with all the conditions listed. RZ-70-17, Foothill Road Study - referral of the City Council wherein they request that the Commission consider the modification of the multiple site of the Foothill Road re- zoning to the RM-4000 District rather than the RM-2500 District as recommended by the Commission. In accordance with the request from Council, the Commission again considered the possi- bility of RM-4 zoning for the multiple site. However, it was their feeling that the desig criteria could best be served in the RM-25 district, which they originally recommended to Council, and which was reaffirmed.
