q~$~sANToy CITY of PLEASANT~N <br />~ ~'i . <br />.~ <br />`~~° Planning Commission <br />"~MMtD t <br />I MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />D at8 M April 13, 1971 <br />Time : a:oo PM <br />Place: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY Chairman Garrigan introduced a resolution <br />COMMISSION MEMBERS commending Acting Planning Director Vince <br />Aiello for an outstanding job in the time <br />he assumed the position since November 20, <br />1970, For examples, they cited promptness <br />in receipt of reports, conciseness of said <br />reports, in addition, better communication. <br />Commissioner Hirst amended this resolution <br />to add that he liked the idea of the Com- <br />mission receiving letters from the agencies <br />on subdivision maps. <br />Commissioner Hirst then spoke on the <br />park dedication ordinance. He inquired as <br />to the status of this. Perhaps formulas <br />could be worked up, particularly for multi- <br />ples. <br />The City Attorney spoke on this stating <br />that the park dedication ordinance would, <br />of necessity, be dependent on the decision <br />of the Supreme Court. <br />Mr. Hirst proposed that a formula could <br />be worked up for park dedication pertaining <br />to mobile home parks. <br />The Commission requested that this ordinanc <br />be studied as soon as feasible. <br />Mention was also made by the Commissioners <br />of several trucks parked on old Hopyard Road <br />in back of the Mobil service station. <br />Also, there"is a problem with a sagging <br />retaining wall on which a house trailer is <br />leaning against.
