The park dedication <br />can be worked out with the Parks and Recrea- <br />tion Department. The other facilities such <br />as sanitation and sewage will go through VCS <br />There will be no connection with the City of <br />Pleasanton facility. <br />The Commission wanted clarification of the <br />City's responsibility if the channel is <br />abandoned and were told it would be no <br />problem as it is Morrison's responsibility <br />but Singer is doing a large part of the chap ling <br />on the right side. <br />Discussion ensued over the map. Mr. Aiello Resolution: <br />stated that the map was not 100% accurate. Seconded: <br />He stated that the stip, 40 feet wide and Ayes: <br />700 feet long will be removed from the park Noes: <br />dedication. No. 1098 <br />Chuck Seymour questioned Ted Fairfield about <br />the proposed school site. The site is not <br />scheduled for improvement until 1972. <br />There will be 195 lots zoned R-1 and 82 <br />multiples (1 multiple lot). Mr. Seymour <br />objected to 3~ acres for multiples. <br />public hearing was closed. <br />The sewage capacity from the Pleasanton <br />plant was discussed and it was stated that <br />VCSD would be handling sewage line. Mr. <br />Campbell referred the Commissioners to the <br />City Council report. <br />A resolution was entered and passed subject <br />to conditions in the staff report and imposed <br />by the Commission for RZ-71-5 and Tentative <br />Tract 3298. <br />-2- <br />
