<br />41'$ ti <br />~s""~° CITY o~ PLEASANTON <br />~ ~~+ <br />`~~~~° <br />Planning • • <br />Commission <br />M i~ S <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Dpte ; June 8, 1971 <br />Time ; 8:40 PM <br />F'IpCB: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Hirst, Pereira, Pons, <br />Wood and Chairman Garrigan. <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Ten Lannin, 5372 Ridgevale Road discussed t <br />sewer capacity report by the City Engineer. <br />He suggested that there be a moratorium put <br />on the number of building peranits the Cfty <br />will issue. <br />Chuck Seymour, 492 San Gabriel Court, brough <br />up the matter of the Heritage Valley dis- <br />cussion at the City Council the previous <br />night. He questioned where additional new <br />families' children will go to school with <br />respect to the Singer Housing and H.C. Ellio <br />proposals. The nearest point in time for the <br />next school to be constructed, which is <br />Fairlands, is two years away, he said. He <br />also questioned the method of getting school <br />children across Santa Rita Road. <br />REVISIONS AND <br />OMISSIONS TO THE <br />AGENDA Add 8a - Dr. Zimmerman. Policy on banks in <br />periphery areas, expecially in C-N zones. <br />REZONING Costanzo-Wilson Development Company - to Resolution: <br />RZ-71-5, Approved rezone from the R-1 (Single-Family) District Seconded: <br />Costanzo-Wilson to the R.O.D. (Residential Overlay) District Ayes: <br />Res. No. 1096 and also to rezone 3.5 acres of the R-1 Noes: <br /> (Single-Family) District to the RM-1500 Absent: <br /> (Multiple) District that property described Abstain: <br /> as Parcels No. 1-2 and 1-3 of Alameda County <br /> Assessors Map Book No. 946, Block 3215 con- <br /> taining a total of 69.1 acres more or less. <br /> Commissioner Hirst asked about the planned <br /> access to Well Site #2. Mr. Campbell stated <br /> that Hopyard Road is now the only access. <br /> Plans are not complete. Tentatively there <br /> will be a road down the property which will <br /> will give joint access. <br /> -1- <br />x <br />
