He stated that we are in good <br />agreement with the School District. They <br />are most cooperative. The report was writte <br />in such a way that they should coordinate <br />utilities with us. <br />Commissioner Hirst replied that in looking <br />at the student parking load as you come in <br />off of Foothill, he has reservations. <br />Chairman Garrigan said that it can be solve <br />with lights and marked speed reducers. <br />Commissioner Hirst felt that with athletic <br />events there could be some traffic stack-up <br />Commissioner Pereira recalled the nursery <br />school application on Foothill Road. <br />Commissioner Hirst again expressed his <br />reservations regarding traffic circulation. <br />Mr. Campbell outlined the planned acess to <br />the school and explained that we have allow <br />one break in the median. This is what the <br />School District says they want, but if it <br />proves insufficient, they can put in anothe <br />one. <br />Chairman Garrigan asked how ambulances <br />could be run to the ballfield? Mr. Campbel <br />replied that there are ways around and ewer <br />gency vehicles don't need a road, just a pa <br />- 6- <br />
