~w~~BAN~°y CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~~ ~'i. <br />`~~~° Planning Commission <br />•xrsv ~ <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Date : July 13, 1971 <br />Time : 8: oo PM <br />PIG C8; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />P.U.D.-69-8 <br />Continued until <br />July 27, 1971 <br />Commissioner Hirst felt that the City should <br />not compromise any further and that the appl - <br />cant should sign the letter as originally <br />prepared. <br />Commissioner Wood made a motion that this <br />matter be continued for 30 days. The moti <br />died for lack of a second. Commissioner <br />Pons stated that he would rather have the <br />matter resolved that same evening. He <br />further indicated that the colors were min <br />to the over-all problem. <br />Commissioner Hirst proposed a resolution tha <br />the applicant sign the letter as orignally <br />typed and also the bond. This was seconded <br />by Commissioner Pereira. Commissioner Pons <br />voted no, all other Commissioners voted aye. <br />Chairman Garrigan addressed the Commission <br />and said that he would like to put in the <br />form of a motion to inform everyone that no <br />modifications, additions or substractions <br />regarding Mr. Grotenhuis shall be authorized <br />by any member of the City Staff until the <br />matter has been brought back before the <br />Planning Commission for approval. This <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Pons <br />and passed unanimously. <br />Amador Valley Investors - request for appro <br />of the carports and overall roof treatment <br />for Fairlands Park Townhouse development. <br />Mr. Castro advised the Commission that the <br />applicant wishes to continue the matter for <br />two weeks. Chairman Garrigan directed the <br />Staff to make a study of composition shingl <br />weights and grades and comparable roofing <br />materials such as light slate, concrete sha <br />insulation fiber shakes, etc. This survey <br />is to be completed and submitted to the <br />Planning Commission at their next regular <br />meeting of July 27, 1971. <br />it <br />-5- <br />
