No. 1113 <br />H. C. Elliott, Inc. - to rezone from the C-C <br />(Community Commercial) District to RM-1500 <br />(Multi-family) District and the C-N (Neighbor <br />hood Commercial) District that property <br />described as Parcel 1, Block 2551 of Book 94E <br />of the Alameda County Assessor's office. <br />Property generally located on the east side c <br />Pico Avenue bounded by Tawny Drive on the <br />north and Palomino Drive on the south, <br />containing 14.03 acres, more or less. <br />Chairman Garrigan reported that he had <br />received information from the Director of <br />Community Development that he will ask for <br />a continuance for two weeks on this matter. <br />Mr. Castro stated that he had nothing further <br />to add at this time. <br />Mike Cohen, representing the applicant, <br />concurred with Mr. Castro's request. <br />This matter Boas continued for two weeks. <br />,Mackay Homes - rezone from the A (Agricultu <br />'District to the following districts: (1) <br />'187.4_+ acres R-1-6500 (Single-Family). (2) <br />5.9+ acres RM-1500 (riultiple). (3) 30.4_+ <br />acres P (Public and Institutional). (4) <br />14.9_+ acres A (Agricultural-Parks). Said <br />property to be the balance of Tract 3165 <br />or more commonly known as the southwesterly <br />corner of the Pleasanton Canal and Hopyard <br />Road containing a total of 238.6 acres more <br />or less, Pleasanton. <br />f <br />Res. <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Abstain: <br />Absent: <br />Commissioner Hirst recalled when the origina <br />P.U.D. was approved and asked if referrals <br />had been received from agencies that we norm 11y <br />hear from. Mr. Aiello replied that this was <br />done during the preliminary submittal. The <br />riurray and Pleasanton School District's <br />position has not changed as to site selectio <br />nor has their position changed regarding <br />community parks. These school sites are <br />the sites the School District asked the City <br />to reserve. <br />- 6 - <br />
