4~$~s"N~°ti CITY o~ PLEASANTON <br />~~%. <br />.~ <br />`~~° Planning Commission <br />~rrro ~ <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DOfe : August 24, 1971 <br />Time ; 8:10 PM <br />PIG C8; Pleasa nton Justice Court <br />REVISIONS AND OMIS- <br />SIGNS TO THE AGENDA Mr. Castro reported that item 5a cvi11 be <br />changed to 5b and Pleasanton Greens will be ' <br />added as item 5a. <br />ZONING PERMIT United Presbyterian Church - application for <br />Z-71-91 site plan, landscaping and architectural <br />continued until approval to permit the construction of 131 <br />Sept. 14, 1971 apartment units on that property generally <br /> located on the north side of Vineyard Ave., <br /> Pleasanton, known as Pleasanton Greens. <br />VARIANCE United Presbyterian Church, by Dr. Howard <br />V-71-14 Long, a variance to allow the elimination <br />continued until of all the required covered parking for a <br />September 14, 1971 multiple complex to be located at 3837 <br /> Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton. <br />VARIANCE United Presbyterian Church, by Dr. Howard <br />V-71-15 Long, a variance to alloca a reduction in the <br />continued until parking requirements of the ordinance to <br />Sept. 14, 1971 one car per four units in the Senior Citizen: <br /> portion of a multiple complex to be located <br /> at 3837 Vineyard Avenue., Pleasanton. <br /> These items were put over to the full <br /> Commission to be considered together. <br /> For the clarification of the Commission, Mr. <br /> Aiello read the reports pertaining to this <br /> application as these were put over. <br /> There was discussion regarding the la ndscape <br /> plans that were not included with the packet. <br /> Mr. Castro reported that these plans were <br /> submitted with the first set of plans, but a; <br /> they were later revised this set was thrown <br /> out, but the new set did not include another <br /> set of landscape plans. Mr. Castro reported <br /> that he now has a new set, which was presents <br /> to him that evening. <br /> Commissioner Pereira felt that since there <br /> was not a complete report from Public Works <br /> - 4 - <br />
