This was seconded by <br />ommissioner Wood and was passed with <br />ommissioner Hirst voting no and all other <br />ommissioner's voting aye. <br />REZONING Housing Authority of the City of Pleasanton. <br />RZ-71-8, approved To rezone from the R-1-b500 (Single-family) <br />Res. No. 1115 District to the RM-2500 (Multiple) District <br />that property described as a portion of <br />Parcel 4, Block 60, Alameda County's Assesso <br />Map Book No. 94 containing 3.3 acres more or <br />less, or more commonly known as a portion of <br />the Kottinger Village Housing complex. <br />The public hearing was opened. Roger McLain <br />representing the Housing Authority, said tha <br />the original number of units have been reduc <br />from 67 to 50. <br />David Beringer, 409 Mission Drive, stated <br />that he represented Citizens for Planned <br />Progress and that this group endorses this <br />project which would benefit our City's seni <br />citizens. <br />As no one else wished to speak, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Pereira called upon John Bowling <br />to explain the purchase of the property.
