No. 1119 <br />Privet hedge (Ligustrum lucidum) on Valley <br />Avenue. Commissioner Wood suggested that <br />the Women's Club or Jaycee's may be interest <br />in maintaining something like this. He <br />further stated that he would look into this <br />and report at the October 26th meeting. <br />Swimming Pool Ordinance Study - Mr. Aiello <br />reported that this study is being undertaken <br />and will be brought to the attention of the <br />Commission in the near future. <br />690 Main Street - remodeling of commercial <br />buildin;. This permit was approved ad- <br />ministratively and is brought before the <br />Commission for informational purposes, as <br />it is in the downtown area. <br />Amador Valley Investors - carport design :cor <br />Fairlands Park Townhouses. Mr. Aiello <br />reported that this project had received all <br />approvals except for the carports. The <br />staff has administratively approved three <br />carport designs for the project and has <br />brought this before the Commission for <br />informational purposes. <br />Y.M.C.A. facility, 287 Rose Avenue - reques <br />for renewal of permit for another year. <br />Commissioner Hirst complimented the staff <br />for bringing these matters to the attention <br />of the Commission. <br />Commissioner Pereira entered a resolution <br />to approve said permit renewal. This was <br />seconded and carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Aiello added an item to the agenda - <br />the matter of sign violations within the <br />downtown district.
