Chair- <br />man Garrigan would not allow further discuss on <br />on the project at this time, but the appli- <br />cant was notified that this item will be the <br />first under discussion at the next regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission. <br />CONDITIONAL USE Hope R. Ames - conditional use permit for a Resolution: <br />PERMIT Home Occupation to allow the operation of a Seconded: <br />UP-71-22, Approved non-profit pre-school for a maximum of four Ayes: <br />Res. No. 1118 (4) children at 2539 Willowren Way, Pleasant n <br />in an R-1-6500 (Single-family) District. Abstain: <br />Absent: <br />The public hearing teas opened. <br />NIr. Ames was present and presented a petitic <br />signed by ten or her neighbors approving of <br />her intentions regarding this application. <br />Mrs. Ames asked if it would be possible to <br />increase the children from 4 to 6 in number. <br />Mr. Aiello stated that it would not be <br />possible due to state law limitations. <br />As no one else wished to speak, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Hirst entered a resolution <br />approving UP-71-22 with the added condition <br />that there be no identifying or advertising <br />signs on the premises. This motion was <br />seconded and carried unanimously. <br />REFERRALS FROM Commissioner Hirst asked about the Tri-Agent <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY meetings regarding freeway signs, more <br />specifically regarding Pleasanton's <br />representation. Mr. Aiello replied that <br />this matter will be checked into. <br />REFERRALS FROM The Commission would lilce to hear from the <br />CITY COUNCIL City Council regarding the request for a <br />joint meeting regarding growth.
