No. 1129 <br />Stoneson Construction Corp. - request for <br />time extension for Tentative Map ~~2896. <br />Mr. Castro reviewed this request, which <br />expired August 12, 1971. As the applicant <br />has requested a one year extension, he sugge <br />that the six month extension be dated <br />currently, thereby allowing a nine month <br />extension from August 12, 1971. There was <br />further discussion on this. <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />ted <br />Abstain: <br />X <br />Patton, Director of Parks and Recreatio <br />present and info.raned the Commission that <br />Parks and Recreation Commission would <br />the park site to be changed. <br />REFERRALS FROM <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY <br />REFERRALS FROM <br />PARKS AND RECREATION <br />COMMISSION <br />Dick Braden, representing Stoneson Corp., <br />was present and referred to the P.U.D. <br />overlay presently applicable to this proper <br />Commissioner Pons entered a resolution to <br />approve a six month extension to be dated <br />from August 12, 1971. This was seconded <br />and carried unanimously. <br />George P. Banke and Les McDonald - Quarry <br />operation. <br />Mr. Castro outlined the proposal going <br />before the County. <br />The Commission unanimously expressed <br />opposition to this quarry operation from <br />the standpoint of ecological, traffic and <br />scenic reasons and so directed the staff <br />to inform the County, and further asked <br />that the County be thanked for bringing <br />this to their attention. <br />Privet hedge (Lfgustrum Lucidum) on Valley <br />Avenue. <br />X <br />- 6 - <br />
